My stay at Kampong @ Arab was mostly enjoyable, with well-designed facilities and a prime location. However, my experience was marred by an encounter with a rude staff member, which was disappointing. Despite some concerns about cleanliness, especially with bed bugs mentioned, the hostel provided a good value for money overall. 😕

The rooms were air-conditioned and provided decent beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. Although the lockers were spacious, they weren’t quite large enough for my 60-liter backpack. Overall, the sleeping arrangements were comfortable and convenient.

Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay more pleasant. Unfortunately, I had a negative encounter with one staff member who was quite rude during my breakfast request, impacting my overall impression.

I had a lovely stay at Kampong @ Arab for 4 nights. The dorm was decent with good air conditioning, and I appreciated the free earplugs for noisy roommates. The rooftop area with breakfast till 3 pm was a highlight, and the location was convenient, just a short walk from the bus drop-off and Bugis Street.

I had a mixed experience at Kampong @ Arab. The location is fantastic, really central and close to the metro. However, I struggled with cleanliness and pest issues, which really dampened my stay. The overall vibe was friendly, but I wouldn't recommend it due to the severe bed bug situation I encountered.
